The hotel's location is unbeatable, minutes from the Mayan ruins and a stone's throw away from the trendy town of Tulum. The food at the hotel amazed us, but the lack of refrigerators in the rooms and poor cooling during the day were drawbacks.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully furnished with amazing pillows and fabulous mosquito nets around the beds, surrounded by palms and white sand just steps away from the beach. Although my room wasn't ready upon check-in, the beach seating and lounge chairs/umbrellas reserved for hotel guests made up for it.
